A few years ago outside the Sperling Models, the factory I learnt to make moulds.

The original Tunnel Tank with leather cover.

Tunnel Tank

THE INVENTION OF THE TUNNEL TANK

It started with a self securing sculpture made to carry a 5 Litre fuel bladder.

It turned into a 15 Litre art piece, transforming many elements of the Burgman/Skywave AN 400.

- Leaning feels easier and more Motorbike like. (something for the knees)

- The Shape completely changes the look giving it a sporty edge and stretched style.

- Noise from the central tunnel is dampened letting you hear more exhaust than filter or pump.

- Wind movement in the central tunnel is as it is on a motorbike with less buffering.

- All vents cleared for air and minimum contact on the Ride.

To top it all off this cleverly hand sculpted form needs no straps, magnets or any other means of fastening and can be installed and detached in seconds. Seconds I say.

Currently Fits the AN Burgman/Skywave 250cc + 400cc as pictured above.

I am always looking for roto-cast and pressure mould companies to work with to produce Tunnel Tanks on a commercial level.

I have been in the mould making industry for many years and would also be eager to help any way I can.

Prototypes have been tried and tested, public response is ever growing and the scope within the field is evident.

I need a good team beside me to see this through - could you or your company have the solutions.
